Christmas is definitely not for adults. Actually, if I wasn’t single AF Christmas might be more exciting but I can say for sure Christmas is for the kids!
I haven’t gotten a Christmas gift from my mother since maybe high school. I’ve gotten small trinkets from coworkers and friends but nothing that has made me giddy.
As a result, I’m a real life Grinch. Christmas can come and go and I probably would not care. It is my favorite time of the year but it can be missed. Maybe I’ll get my cheer back soon but until then Merry Christmas to you and yours!
