In an effort to drink more water and be held accountable, I downloaded this awesome app called Plant Nanny. After filling out demographic information (height, weight, age), the app populates your daily water intake. From there you can choose your plant and as you drink water you water your plant. The app sends notifications reminding you that your plant is thirsty. My plant has died a few times which definitely kickstarts me to drink more water. I love this app. I have only been using it about a two weeks now and I can definitely see the health benefits of making sure I get the appropriate amount of water. My skin is brighter and my stomach less bloated. Thank you to the creators!
After a whole day of traveling, my plant is begging for water. However, I’ve had my daily intake so I’m not going to binge drink just to save the plant (kinda fucked up) but I’m committed to using the app.
