It’s the first day of the new year, so what are you going to do?!?
Well, I slept through the countdown so I had no real time to reflect on what changes I want to make moving into 2018. With the new year beginning on a Monday, I feel like I NEED to be productive. Will I? Probably not. But putting it into the universe is the first part.
I have zero hopes and expectations for this year. This is the easiest way for me to avoid disappointments and being let down. I know that when I look back on 2018, 364 days from now I want to have better myself. To do this, I want…
- to workout more (since Planet Fitness gets $20 from me anyway)
- to be more social on social media (because it’s not like me)
- to learn lettering and calligraphy
- to travel more
- to experience NEW things (restaurants, museums, attractions, etc.)
- to try and actively date (but these men stay pissing me off)
- to get finished with school
- to advance in my career
- to find my true passion in life
When I look back on these short, not expansive list in December of 2018, I wonder how many of these things I will be able to say I accomplished.
