One thing I despise is working out! Even though Planet Fitness gets $20 every month from me. However, skating could be my workout alternative.
World On Wheels recently reopened after being closed for at least 5 years, if not more. Every Sunday the skating rink hosts 21+ night. There is great music and an abundance of Black excellence. It’s so magical seeing all the tricks Black people can do on wheels.
Skating is really a full body workout. You are moving your arms, moving your legs, constantly moving, etc. After 20 minutes, I am over it but if I think of it like a workout, I’ll be skinny in no time!
