Pricing
The Dway slides are definitely an investment. The slides retail for $690.00 but will be upward of $750 after taxes. Truly an investment. This is the most that I have spent on a slide but, in my opinion, worth it. Depending on the colorway that you purchase, this a staple shoe that can be worn with any outfit.
Sizing
I recommend that you follow Dior’s size guide very closely. I am normally a 10.5 (40.5) or 11 (41) but decided to get a 41.5 in the Dway slides because I have extremely flat feet. Going up the half size gave me the perfect fit. If you also have flat feet, my recommendation would be up a half size. If God blessed you with wonderful arches, follow your true size.
Materials & Craftsmanship
When making a big purchase, you want to be assured that it is well-made and actually worth it. Let me assure you now, it is. These sandals are definitely well crafted. The upper on the sandal features the classic Dior embroidery, which is very sturdy, not flimsy, nor uncomfortable. The sole is also sturdy. I have seen other reviewers explain that the Christian Dior written on the sole will fade, so expect that.
