I had never previously heard of DHGate until I started to see all the videos pop up on my YouTube channel feed. I had previously searched there and had no luck. I realized my frustrations were common. In this post, I will share three tips on how to shop for items on DHGate.

After blindly selecting one seller, it was important to read the entire listing to know if it would work with my needs. Make sure to read the processing and shipping time. For many of the sellers, they are located in China, which can extend, and delay, shipping times. If you want your goods quicker, be sure to check for these things. Also look closely at the pictures the seller is posting. More often than not, they will be photos from other postings but they can also reveal things about the type and quality of the item.
Read the Reviews
The biggest and most important thing that you want to do is to read the reviews. If you do nothing else, please read the reviews. The reviews tell you everything about the seller, item, and shipping. This really applies to buying anything. In the reviews, you will also be able to see photos uploaded by consumers. This is very helpful in seeing the quality and type.
Many of the items on DHGate are non-descript, meaning they have no real markers of being a particular brand. As a result, you need to be very clear on what you want when shopping. I hope these tips help!
