I normally don’t care for holiday shoes but an accidental win on SNKRS led me to these SB Dunk x Sean Cliver beauties and they just might be the best shoes of the year.
I had no intention of getting these shoes when they popped up on the SNKRS app. I thought why not wake up at 7am and take the L like everyone else in the world. At 7am, I submitted my payment and literally went about my day, checking Instagram and Twitter. I started to see many tweets about people getting Ls and thought I should go check for myself too. However, I was met with the coveted message of ‘GOT ‘EM’ and I’m so glad that I did.
I thought I was going to flip them on one of those shoe sites. After seeing them, I decided to keep them.
These shoes are beautiful!
The stock images did not do these shoes justice at all! There are so many minor details to this shoe that were definitely not highlighted in any of the stock images. Also, the materials used on these Sean Cliver dunks is also premium and it shows. Watch the my unboxing video below to hear more.
It has really been the year of the dunks and I am so mad that I missed out on every release except the holiday ones. While these are beautiful, there were so many others that came out this year that I really wanted. It seems that the dunk releases will continue through 2021, so I’m hoping that the sneaker gods are on my side.
