I had no intentions on getting the Adidas Yeezy 500 but won a raffle on the Adidas app and actually ended up liking them.
This is my fourth pair of Yeezys and I have to say that they are extremely comfortable shoes. While I love 350s, I think I might have a new appreciation for 500s.

The Adidas Yeezy 500 in the utility colorway were originally released nearly two years ago. They were definitely not on my radar then at all! To be quite honest, they have never been but now that I have them, I actually really like them.
Price
These shoes retail for $200. They were once a sought after colorway and have since lost resale value, however I can see that they will probably increase once the dust settles on all the people who have missed out on the re-release.
Sizing
I went with my true sneaker size in these. As with every pair of Yeezys I have had, I had to adjust the lacing because it did cause tightness on the top of my foot. Once you adjust the lacing, they will be a shoe that is extremely comfortable.
As you will see in the unboxing video below, these are not a true black shoe but more of a charcoal or graphite. However, they are black enough to get away with (if that even makes sense).

Amongst the Yeezy sneaker family, these are not my favorites but I do see myself wearing these a lot. They will definitely be a throw on sneaker and will fit right into my current wardrobe with ease.
